MySpace Div Overlay, Firefox VS. I.E. Options

If you use firefox to see my page, it looks a little better (sort of, i don't know for some though). And if you use internet explorer, you could see boxes on it. White boxes. I don't know why, but here is my code:

OKAY, the problem? If I clear out some other div codes in there, the comment box won't show up, and all that stuff. PLEASE HELP ME.
