how do you get pictures to look like this?



i have photoshop.

and how do you make the words with pink around them?

im not sure how you make the picture black and white in ps. but the pink words are brushes.

In photoshop, making an image black and white is Shift+Ctrl+U or "Image>>Adjustments>>Desaturate".

no but it would turn grey and stuff. her picture is only black and white. well, no.. but like.. yeah. u know.

Her picture should be on one layer. Just change that layer black and white and then use diff colors for all your extra stuff.

I think it was called color alterization.
Adjust-Hue&Satuartion-Colorize
And Just play with the colors.

so the way xbabyboo said is better if you want more than grey:

Adjust-Hue&Saturation-Colorize

then position the slider thing all the way to the left.

Just mess around a bit. It looks like its in grayscale with a light filter effect.
