Be proactive...I know how easy it is to say that and how hard it is to do. But trust me, the more you let someone know through actions that you care, the more you'll get them to like you. And ladies...as much as its annoying, sometimes you gotta do the work. Guys are scared too, and even the goodlooking ones are scared of being rejected by the one special girl that makes him laugh.
