OMG, I saw that movie on friday with my track team, and it was very good! I loved it... mmm Brad Pitt... mmm Orlando Bloom... mmm Eric Bana (Hector) looked hot too. I loved it, the story was good and the fighting was cool. Hmm, but the story was a bit off.
And yeah, King Arthur looks good, and so does Spiderman 2.

Pretty cool, action and violent scenes. I like watching Ancient mythology stories.
Trivia:
Do you know that the author of Troy is a blind man? He is Homer.

i saw it on friday; there`s a couple of differences from the real story, but that movie KICKS ASS i`m definatly gunna buy it on DVD (= check it out if you can

a little differences? woah are you off. i could name 10 off the top of my head.

-Achilles was dead by the time the Horse was built and deployed

-Menelaus wasn’t killed by Hektor

-Menelaus got Helen in the end (Telemachus, Odysseus’ son, visits them in Sparta in Book 4 of the Odyssey, ten years after the war)

-Agamemnon was killed by his wife, Clytemnestra, back in Greece, immediately after the war

-Aias (Ajax) was not killed by Hektor; he committed suicide when not given the armor of Achilles after Achilles’ death

-Paris died at Troy (of an arrow wound, appropriately)

-Andromache, Hektor’s wife, was captured and enslaved

-Baby Astyanax, Hektor’s son, was tossed off the walls after having his brains bashed out by Odysseus

-Patroklos was older, not younger than Achilles and was not his cousin
Briseis was from Lyrnessos, not Troy, and was neither a priestess of any kind nor the cousin of Hektor

well, even with these glaring differences aside, i still enjoyed the movie. the battle scenes were fairly amusing.
