i love having lipgloss/lipstick on... however my boyfriend doesn't like it when i kiss him because he says its "sticky" _dry.gif . So now whenever i do have lipgloss on and try to kiss/ give him a peck him (lips.. not cheek).. he playfully pushes me away and just kisses my forehead or cheek.. and i pout.. LOL and he says my lipgloss is sticky so he doent want to kiss me.. sad.gif haha i was just wondering am i the only one in this situation? pinch.gif

I am a lipgloss whore too, but my boyfriend doesn't really care when I kiss him with lipgloss now. He use to care, I guess he got use to it rolleyes.gif..
For you try wearing light chapstick when you are gonna make out _smile.gif.

Eh, I'm not a huge fan of lipgloss. But if you like having something on your lips, try chapstick or lip balm. It'll replace the lip gloss and will be much...better? for kissing. thumbsup.gif Get the scented!

Yeah, don't use it if you want him to kiss you. My boyfriend's the same way, but I make him kiss me.

Which is more important: The lip gloss, or the kissing?

Get flavored lipgloss. He shouldnt mind a tasty kiss. If he does, tell him to get over it & kiss you (:

most boyfriends are like that. i think it's mostly the TASTE because honestly, most lipglosses are loaded with different types of oil so it has a sort of unpleasant taste.

i trick my boyfriend sometimes. i apply the thinnest layer so he can't really detect it. or if he knows i have it on, i put on a huge show of turning my lips in and pretending to lick it all off (when i actually don't). i love the look on his face when he realizes i tricked him. laugh.gif

no i dont have that problem with my boyfriend because i only wear chapstick...he doesn't really "complain" about that neccessarily but he always says that my lips taste minty. i can imagine how sticky and weird it is so maybe if you want him to kiss you on the lips you should stop wearing lipgloss around him? i don't think it's that big of a deal.

Well...kissing with lip gloss is sorta...icky, you've gotta admit that. While kissing, it's like you're being glued to the other person by the lip gloss =P Try wearing lip balm/chap stick, and don't wear lip stick. That'll just be..ick.

My boyfriend doesn't seem to mind. I kissed him with this REALLY sticky lipgloss once, and he didn't say anything, but I thought maybe it'd be weird for him, so I wiiped it off and put theis other stuff on. Have you ever tried Bath and Body Works' Mint lip balm stuff??? OMG, it takes sooooo good! He'll love it! I wear it everytime I make out with my boyfriend and he adores it. Says it tastes really good.

well...i'm not in that situation since my guy likes the strawberry lipgloss i have. if you want, instead of wearing such "sticky" lipglass you can get tinted lip balms. however, i think that what your lipgloss issue with your boyfriend is cute. it's such a playful and cute act. besides, kisses on the lips are special. ;)

Aye.

One word... CARMEX.

I stopped wearing lipgloss a good minute ago; carmex does my lips good and it's not all sticky.

Use a different, less sticky lip gloss or less lip gloss. Or just use lip balm/chapstick.

Lipgloss doesn't really bother me.
At first it's like eck, my lips are sticking
together. But it's the thought that counts.

She obviously wants her lips to taste good
for you. So after a while, I didn't care.
