how cum? sum of mai fwens say that. i dont get why huh.gif
Your hair can get too dry, since most girls like using hot water. A good amount of oil is good anywhere on your body.

And YES! Wash your sheets and your pillow cases a lot. I think I break out a lot on my face because I'm putting my face back into the same germy oily thing every night.

And, if you have bacne, try cutting your hair shorter. I know it's a tough step to take, but I had BAD bacne when my hair was down to my ass, and ever since I cut it short, my back is like, perfect. ^^ Well, almost. I'm sure there are still some dark spots {Are those called blemishes?} left over.

its because the natural oils in your hair come off and also makes your hair even greasier.

watermelon peels are good for your skin.

it does dry it out but then your hair is prine to producing more oils which make it greasier.

Caffine (spelled wrog, maybe?!) can make cramps worse during your period.

Not sure if its been said yet?! But I know it's a fact, and not a myth.

- Excersize really helps with acne, because you sweat out all the bad oils.
- Drink plenty of water (and when I say plenty, I mean PLENTY!)
- Don't use a ton of shampoo or conditioner when washing your hair, otherwise it will get oily from the soap.
- Teatree oil works great on acne! I also suggest using Clinique Acne Solutions (it's basically an acid mix that you put on individual zits.. stings a bit but honestly works IMMEDIATELY because it burns it off).
- Don't colour your hair too much (no matter what the ad says, dying can really wreck you hair)
- Do not go on a crazy diet, just limit the amount of carbs/calories you take in per day

for split ends... mix some olive oil and a LITTLE BIT of honey in a plastic bag and put it in some hot water to get warmed up. then spread it from roots to ends, [concentrate on the roots though] and after, place a shower cap[or if you dont got any, a plastic bag will do fine] and keep it on for 20 minutes. wash your hair VERY well and if you do it constantly, you'll notice your split ends are disappearing .

really works. trust me (:

Baby oil helps to make hair softer.

Put it on after you've finished blowdrying your hair. After putting it on, blow dry it for like 1 minute.
Start with a few drops first, don't fully drench your hair in baby oil! Its not supposed to wet your hair!

Actually. Everyone thinks that greasy food gives you pimples, but it really doesn't. It just makes your skin a tad oilier. So all you have to do is get a toner & wash your face with it twice a day. And voila! Your skin will be less oily. :]

Heffer is a word. except it's spelled heifer. it means pregnant cow.

But uhm

sleep with a silk pillow if you have curly/frizzy hair it reduces tangles which can cause split ends which gives you more frizz.

...Oh, yes and the salt... It takes away the stinkyness of your hair and nourishes. And if you have a smelly mouth, put salt in you water and drink it and I guess it covers the smellyness? tongue.gif

Haha... I don't know where you get this from. They're both purely utter shite.

Your hair should not stink after using shampoo.
And rinsing your mouth out with salty water is good for gums.
Brushing your teeth alone should be enough to get rid of bad breath.

If you do have uncontrolably bad breath. Floss daily and lightly brush your tongue [this is proper hygiene].
