Seriously, I don't know how one would go about pronouncing "pwn". Some people say "paaaaawn", but some say "pooooooon". Something random I was wondering about.

I don't actually pronounce it, I think I missed that boat anyway. But I've heard it pronounced as "poon".. *shrug*

"pwn" - to "own" or basically, to show someone up. I think it came from when someone made a typo and typed a p instead of an o.

Am I the only one who pronounces it exactly like it's spelled (P-wn)? On the handful of occasions that I did actually say it.
My friend keeps telling me to say "pawn", but I can't pronounce it quite the correct way like that. There's some sort of freaky pitch change he does that I can't do. |
