I used to make hot lemonade.
You just boil some water stick in lemonade ingredients and Yum. :D Or sore throat candies and lollipops. Hot tea with honey. |

i gargle warm water with salt in it and i drink lots of hot green tea with some honey and lemon.

smash the insides of a lemon in a cup, and then add hot water; yes, it will be sour, but its really good for the sore throat!
another way is to add salt to hot water; and this one is more disgusting ( to me) hope this helps ! |

gargle warm salt water. that and TONS of fluids. If you're voice is hoarse don't talk. I know about this I'm recovering from a cold.

Chrysanthemum tea always works for me!
those taste too good. i got addicted to those and ate them even when i didn't need them. haha, i just take a bag of cough drops with me everyday and eat them for no reason! my friends say i "OD" on them 'cause they've seen me eat 10 in less than an hour... |
