If you want one that looks almost exactly like that get a Sony Cybershot. The one in that pic looks almost exactly like a Cybershot, but uglier and cheaper. The pic is blurry so it might even be one. Looks different though

Unless you're planning on becoming some uber-photographer, I think Canon Powershots are perfectly acceptable. It's not too heavy on your wallet, either _smile.gif

That one looks like a Nikon to me.
If you're looking for a pretty small, slim one, I'd go for a Sony or a canon. Though, they're usually more expensive.
Nikons are a little bit more heavier, and less expensive. I haven't had much experience with the brand, though. :|

I want the camera to take pictures of me,and random things like nature and i want it to look realistic i dont really care what type it is just as long as it give me the realistic look.

And i prefer not too expensivbe like 250 most and not slim cus there to easy to drop and im sorta of clumsy pinch.gif

I recommend anything Canon, since their cameras are amazing. happy.gif The qualityof the pictures are nice. I mean, even my friend who has a Sony, the pictures she took were of nice quality, but nothing compared to a Canon. Although, I would have to say that they CAN be pretty expensive.

I like the look and style of the Canon ELPH series. :] Plus, the screen is big and the pictures on the screen appear exactly like how they appear on the computer and printed...

Of course, this is compared to a Monica Minolta, Sony, and Fujifilm. I haven't tested an Olympus digicam yet... whistling.gif

^ As much as Canons are good, I prefer Nikons over Canons anyday.

Nikon and Canon are pretty much the kings of cameras. I can't say one is better than the other - they both have they're pros and cons.

I have a Nikon D50 and love it.

Since you want to be light on the money, I would recommend either a Nikon Coolpix or Canon Powershot camera.
