I've see lota about PhotoShop, but nothing too much about PSP

Heh, I got Photoshop Elements 2.0 for free. ^-^ It came with two other image programs when I bought a Wacom tablet.

I have PaintShop Pro 7.
got it for free, one of my friends burned a copy of it for me. And as for where i get my brushes, i just google them. |

i have photoshop and paintshop pro, and i have to say, i love paintshop. wayy more than photoshop. it's much easier to use i think..for me =]

There's a couple of brush sites there. :] I personally dislike PSP. I prefer Photoshop. My cousin let me borrow her disc, so yeah. Since I never really used PSP, I'd say photoshop is easier.

I recommend deviantart.com the brushes are good.
I used to have psp too, just to start out easier. |

psp is my first program ever! (graphics)
neh, it's so fun! but then i used photoshop, at first it was hard. but now im back on psp! so love it

I have PSP9, but I really miss my photoshop.
Try the big book of resources (in the website forum here? I don't remember where it's been moved) for some PSP brushes and things. |
