how do u put the blog at the index.html page with your current layout at a specific place?

two words: wordpress integration.
To find out how to do that, I suggest looking at the Big Book of Resources (located in the graphics forum) or google those two words

Um you can simply use an iframe.
Learn about iframes here. Position one. Where it says src put your url to your blog.
