okay well, i added this user tracker to my myspace so i could see who was viewing my myspace.
and whenever i looked at my myspace page, a little window would pop up saying "click to run an activex control on this webpage" (you might know what i'm talking about). well, i ended up not wanting my tracker anymore, i stopped caring about who saw my myspace. so i deleted my tracker account, and took out the HTML code which was in my "about me" section. but even now the little window comes back up whenever i see my profile. the code, like i said, was in my about me, but whenever i preview my "interests" the window is there. yeah. |

hmm
well if you haven't like gotten ehm macromedia or java one of those it will come up. you could always use firefox. and also you can't use a tracker for myspace. all you will get is a ip address and well you can't really do anything with that.. |

i used whosonmypage.com for it.
EVERYONE has one now on their myspaces. like it shows how many people have looked at your myspace, and who they are (if they have a whosonmypage account). if that's what you meant by 'you can't use a tracker for myspace'. anyways, thanks for the reply. i guess i have to just let the box stay there? |

well maybe you can put a createblog tracker.
or find another one, and refer other people to it, or maybe its just some other code that you put on your page. Or maybe your computer has a virus... ?? |

Its not a virus because lots of websites have that.
Try taking out all your codes (save them) and save. If you still get the window.. Then you can't do anything about it. If you don't paste little by little code back in still its gone. Its nothing big.. I've seen it on lots of websites I guess on how you run diff programs or files and such. |

^Well yea. I've seen it on a lot of websites too. I suggest getting a myspace tester. Test each of your codes to see what has that little Activex bar.
