There's no program to make layouts, but there are programs to make banners and prepare you for layouts. I use Paint Shop Pro. You can get the free trial if you google it. thumbsup.gif

Like Steffie said, this belongs in Graphic help.

Hmm since everyone answered this question.
Welcome.
I would advise you to use PSP first though. _smile.gif

Too bad there isn't a 'layout maker'
my goal is to create one one day tongue.gif
But anyway
like the other posters said
any version of photoshop or paint shop pro
works..
Or I know some free programs like Microsoft photoshop
[no not ms paint]
that make lovely banners
and or backgrounds for your layouts.
If you need a layout coding program
there are many out there!!

I agree. There is no such thing as layout maker...
You can always make banners or the picture for the div layout with programs like paint shop pro or photoshop, and many other programs (some of them are freewares too). I suggest starting out with paint shop pro and then progress to photoshop.
The coding part could be done with notepad or dreamweaver, but I prefer notepad for beginners. I think dreamweaver is better for those who code for websites.
