I saw this last night, and I really enjoyed it. I saw the previews for it awhile ago during commercials for Dancing with the Stars, and that show alone made me want to learn how to ballroom dance. So did this movie.

Wasn't there a movie like this before? I really don't want to see it but I kind of have to because my dance teacher wants us all to see it.

It just seems so predictable, the inner city kids will turn into well mannered adults, they win over the snooty rich kids who look down on them and they win the dance contest. It's probably somewhere along the lines of that. I'd love to see them dance but I'd rather catch it on tv, I don't want to spend $10+ just to see them dance on a movie screen. If they danced in real life I would pay.

I really wanna see this movie =) I love dance though, so that's probably why, but I can't wait til this comes out. Still, i probably won't be seeing it in the theaters, but I look forward to a 3 am On Demand showing of this lol.

It totally remind me of Coach Carter, minus the basketball & replace that with dancing.

Ditto.
Someone needs to come up with some new plots with less predictable endings.

//edit.
One of the guys in the movie looks kinda hot. Gonna watch it this Saturday wink.gif.

I kinda wanted to see it because I'm learning ballroom right now, so it would be interesting to watch.

i really enjoyed watching this movie. it made me want to get up and dance but then of course i didn't because i'd feel dumb. i know that the plot was pretty predictable but i love the dancing in it. i wish i could dance like this.
