^ It's not just posting... It's like being a supervisor/manager/employee all at the same time. We accept/reject graphics, 'uphold the law' in the forums, and participate in the community. It can feel a little overwhelimingly obligating sometimes.

I think we're putting guns to our own heads to make ourselves post all the time...especially for People Staff. They aren't included in the layouts and design aspect of cB and so spend more time mingling with other members, posting a lot, becoming familiar with other people. I felt really guilty for being not as active as I was before, simply because I knew that there are so many other people on cB that are more dedicated than I am and found more time to come on here, and so, why would I deserve a staff position any more than they did? |

Haha, very true :) But like Gigi said, we feel the need to post and help out and if we're not, we feel that someone else can do a better job. So why take up space? And to be completely honest, I am contributing more now (layouts, graphics, etc.), now that I'm off of staff. |
