I only know that cranberry juice is good for your digestive system, not sure about losing weight.

a lot of juices have loads of sugar added to them and will NOT help you lose weight. Try taking cranberry tablets for losing weight or managing a kidney infection.

it depends on the juice, cranberry juice cocktail obviously wont but regular cranberry juice would just be a juice fast (if you are talking about drinking only that. If you mean drinking cranberry juice along with regular eating it wont) Juice fasts are unhealthy though.

^Yah i was just about to say the same thing. Cranberry juice has tons of sugar.
And that def won't help you lose weight.

I heard that water with lemon in it helps you lose weight. It's good for you. :) Well, water in general is good for you, but i forgot what the lemon does for you...

But yah :)

REAL cranberry juice will help you flush your system, maybe causing to loose a few pounds.. But if there's any sugar in it then it won't really help.

cranberry juice makes your pee acidic, which does help with urinary tract infections.

I have no idea. I've never drank cranberry juice, only when cranberry is with another fruit flavor in juice.
