Pads but like, thin ones without wings. They work well surpringsly and are not uncomfortable. I fear tampons haaha :-x.

^The tampon absorbs the blood..then you change the tampon..

is that what you're asking?


edit;;

the egg is usually produced before you get your period. So tampons dont technically block it from coming down.

Pads. Yeah I'm glad there's other people that dont use tampons. I'm deathly afraid of them. I blame the book my mom got me on "growing up". mellow.gif And dont ask it's a dumb reason but I dont care. wacko.gif

Guys, I found another thing you could use besides tampons and pads and newspapers.. duct tape!

Just tape it there and nothing will come out. You'll have trouble using the bathroom, though.

they have mentrual cups.

plus, you can wear them for 12 hours. personally, id never use them because id be scared of trying to put in such a huge thing in my vagina.

anyways, i use tampons. all you girls who are using pads are seriously missing out on something great. dont be scared of inserting a tampon. just try it. it isnt hard after a few periods. but it does take a while to get use to. wearing a tampon makes your period feel like its not even there.

ive got to say that pads are probably going to win. too many girls either dont want to put something in their vagina or they think it hurts or its too hard for them.

seriously, once you get use to it, you wonder why you were so scared. =]

I use pads. I've tried using tampons but I can't seem to figure them out, haha. I read an article about TSS and it just freaked me out. I don't mind suffering with an uncomfortable pad for a few days anyway. I'm really active in the summer, with numerous sports every day, so my periods are really light or don't come at all.

i wear tampons but pads at night and on my lighter days. yea, the thing with tampons is that i'm really afraid of TSS so thats why i dont wear them when i'm like light.

pads. definetley pads... never used a tampon but it looks so uncomfortable. my brother's ex told me tampons are dangerous too. Pads are best

I was a pad person, but now I'm a tampon. biggrin.gif I actually use both; pads at night cause TSS freaks me out!
