i couldn't wait for the movie to come out....... so i decided to buy the book, but all the freakin bookstores i went to either didn't carry them or were sold out!!!! it's a graphic novel (286pgs...... that's a hella long comic) i've never read a comic book before, but i heard really good things about this one.........

anyone read it?

V for Vendetta (Novel) ------- V for Vendetta (Movie)

I read the graphic novel. It was really great. Illustrations and the subject matter was amazing. Facism is definitely a topic that hasnt been covered in a lot of grapic novels. Movie looks amazing! Natalie Portman is in it? Can't wait to see it! _smile.gif

Hehe .... unfortunately the script for the movie hasn't been getting very good reviews. They've said that it was unfaithful to the original graphic novel, but we shall see .....

That's odd. Every single person that I've talked to that's seen it has only said good things about it.

I want to see it.

I saw the movie before a trailer for Underworld: Evolution. Needless to say, I'm a bit skeptical about how it will pan out.

didnt see it yet. But one of my teachers said he saw it and said that he liked it alot and that it was really good. Since it was rated R and me and my friends had no adult with us, We just brought the bootlegg >_>
we never found the time to watch it yet tough. But probably sometime this week we'll watch it.

I enjoyed it.
I was skeptical at first, but it was well done and has a little bit of something for everyone. Despite a few short comings, for the most part, the movie is definately worth it.
Go check it out.
