I was just a mild-mannered angry-tempered girl Caught on the winds of snags and knots that would make anyone’s stomach hurl I’ve become accustomed to sliding down chutes But I’ve heard that climbing up ladders is quite attractive I imagine that any hardworking bustling man would scold me that everyone I meet would fit their stereotypes quite nicely And if they ever stopped to smell the roses Well I suppose they’d be like me I’ve become accustomed to sliding down chutes But I’ve heard that climbing up ladders is quite attractive |
