Help! how can i post chinese in my Xanga, i type in traditional chinese, but it change into strange letter Options

i want to post my diary in traditional chinese, but it always changed to some strange letter when i pubicised it. i have tried to change the setting of the attribute from USA to traditional chinese, but it so not work.. can anyone help me! please!
