No one has ever asked me to go to the carnival with them.
 It was originally a drawing I did, minus the ferris wheel. Everything done with the pen tool, so, I suppose it could be considered a vexel. OH nooo...i've started again.

i love it its adorable.. did u just lower the opacity to make the lights? and i love the little details in ur blue sky..theres like...wavy stuff in it.. that overlap each other ..howd u do that?

Each wave is a new layer of white. Keep making layers of white. At the very bottom should be just a solid color, mine was a dark gray/blue. Change each wave to softlight @10% and voila.

That is very neat, and creative. I love the feel of it. The "carnival" (feris wheel and lights) look really awesome. and the balloons! I love the balloons!
