I dont know about good endings but the crappiest ending, as much as I love Kenshin, is Rurouken. Horrible.
It's not anime... It's called an RPG...

_dry.gif SOME PEOPLE STILL CONSIDER FF TO BE ANIME!

Yeah they do... I've always wondered why. Same with basically all Square games.

FF if you know is categorized as CG/Animation.... Its because if you notice when they show drawings for FF they show it in 2d animation while actual ingame is 3d cg graphics...

Don't know why they do this but one interesting thing is for the last time FF did have a anime series and it was called Final Fantasy Unlimited So FF as I said before can be categorized into Anime ^^

Because they have the "anime style" characters. I say it's a story/game/anime/movie that transcends labels. thumbsup.gif

most def... it's kind of an 'everything' game... that's what makes it so appealing to different people.

Either way, I love the game. I'd consider it talking about it in the anime forum because it's one of those games that sort of strikes you as animesque. When you think of it, you almost automatically assume it to be in some relation to anime. That's the way I figure it, anyway.

^ yeah, me too - the emotions and the way that it is told reminds me of anime style. (Maybe that's because it's made in Japan ^_^)

Haha, perhaps. We can't forget about the art, though. It's beautiful! To the point it makes you sigh.

He's right, though. So I shall ask another question!

Do you think that when you become an adult (or get older) you'll still be an otaku, or do you think you'll outgrow the addiction?

Personally, I want to be an otaku forever! happy.gif

Maybe not as intensely as I am now, but like you said, there will always be that interest in anime.

I just don't want to end up like those people who just sit around and watch Mature anime just because they are old... that's gross. I will always prefer either action packed or somewhat innocent anime.

Hopefully when I'm older and married, I'll have a real life (I have one now, but still... I'm young and not even in college quite yet.), but yeah, the interest will never leave me...

I'll probably get my future kids hooked on it just so I can watch it too ^_^ hahaha

I'll speak up for the oldies. ;) I haven't lost interest at all. If anything, I've become *more* interested because more anime is being developed. I think (just my opinion) that some of the people I know that have alientated themselves a bit from it is because of this elitist mentality that anime in the US (viewed, produced and otherwise) *isn't* anime. I think that's just absurd. I keep telling them, "less whining, more enjoying."

Very true... ENJOY IT! Anime in the U.S. is most definitely anime - at least the more involved, plot-developped ones are. But, it is sad to say that some themes in select anime are lost in the translation.

You're so cool Rebecca- a mother and you love anime! You're my hero!

group.gif Group Otaku hug!

Seriously, I just love it. =) I'm lucky that my little boy does too. (We listen to the Spirited Away soundtrack on the way home every day and it's *him* that usually requests it. throb.gif )

Awwwwww! So cute! How old is your little boy? That's so adorable!

I love that soundtrack - I put it on my iTunes playlist and I used to listen to it every waking moment - it's really soothing. My mom even liked it a lot (that's saying something)
