No, I began experiencing puberty at about fourth grade. I don't really remember having sex ed before that.
 Actually, I don't even remember having sex ed at all..  .

I had sex ed in the last month of 5th grade, but I started experiencing puberty in late 4th or early 5th, then got my period in 6th.

I was 11 when I started puberty and I never had any sex-ed classes before that. I had to learn it from my big sis.

I had to take sex ed starting in 4th grade, and I got my period when I was in 8th grade. So, I was pretty prepared.

yup when i frist know abut sex thing i dont even know wut the teatcher was saying. but now i know. i have the clss in grade 5. lol i got my period in 7 grade

i've had sex ed in eighth grade and then again in tenth grade, which i think is pointless being that half of my grade aren't even virgins anymore. i think that they SHOULD start teaching it before experiencing puberty, which is rare. kids gotta learn all of the RIGHT stuff early before they do the wrong ones!

then we're all like 'lets wear bras and carry pads just in case!!' i wish we would have taken it like.. a few years later. |

i had that class in 5th,6th, nd 7th... 5th grade we split up but in 6th nd 7th we were wit the guys...
 nd yea i did have sex ed before puberty hit

yes, i had sex ed in 3-6th grade..sux doesnt it...all we did what re learn the past times we had it... but i was wondering...if u r in a long car ride. like (5 hours), should we use a tampon or a pad. because pads can leak, but u r only supposed to leave ur tampon in for like, 2 hours... my dad always refuses to stop at the public restrooms because they are "nasty" or, "unsafe" or maybe even "we might get stuck in traffic".. so i need to know..

i had my first lesson in the 5th grade. we learned about getting our periods. the girls and boys were separate. i dont know what the boys learned though. then we laid it off in 6th grade. then this year (7th) we talked about having sex and about the stds. we werent in separate rooms. also, the male&female reproductive systems.

In 5th grade, we talked about the 'changes' but then in 6th grade was when we learned how to put the condom on the banana and all that other stuff. =T It was pretty embarassing now that I think about it.

We started Sex Ed. when I was in the 3rd grade... mmmmm so yes, I do believe that was before puberty.
Oh, and we never, ever learned how to put on a condom in all the years we had it. Maybe that's why so many girls got pregnant
