Ooh, I might be able to help you on this one!
Well, I guess have this condition as well. Until I read this topic, I thought it was just body acne. I have it on my upper arms and thighs. Anyway, during the summer, I went to go get Neutrogena Body Wash for the body acne to see if it could just reduce the amount of "bumps" or whatever. It actually did work!  The "bumps" pretty much reduced and aren't as noticable anymore. Also, I dont' think much of it grows either. If you read the article, you can see that they say Keratosis Pilaris clears up when you're in adulthood, so it'll eventually go away. Don't stress about it. i have exzema but you can barely see it and it doesnt itch.
it used to show and it used to itch until i did this: -put on baby oil on your body every night after a shower. -put lotion on after than -use soap-less body wash i use the peach scrub thing. if i find it online ill show you. i hope you feel better because i sure do. |

Oh hey! So THAT'S what I have! :D Dang. Kinda ruined it though.
Anyway, I'm really happy with my freaky kero-whateverness skin. It's all cool and lizardlike. Maybe smooth skin is in, but I'm cool with my own. Just be happy with yourself dude. Honestly, people get used to it. No one cares. ^^ |
