I can't stand them.
I thought they sucked live and I don't like their songs. Their video, which plays constantly on MTV, is idiotic and annoying. That's just my opinion. A lot of my friends like them, I just disagree. Mucho love, Aly P.S. However they can play well, if not live, and I think they do have the potential to be a good band - I just haven't liked them as of late. |

aaw snap! i voted "yes" before i saw theres a "they're the best".

"I hate bands that scream. :/ So no." M shadows can't scream anymrore. "yeah dude so who gets the award for worst band ever? avenged sevensuck" yeah dude so who gets the award for least knoweledge about talent? foreign k for some reason i get really mad when people don't realize that avenged sevenfold are, like, the most talented band on the radio. |

Avenged Sevenfold is metalcore, not death metal, and an awful metalcore band at that. Back when they weren't big, they were TOLERABLE, now they're just awful. By the way, this is coming from someone who listens to a lot of older (iron maiden, ozzy, etc.) and newer metal (Bodom, In Flames, etc). Ax7 is just another modern rock band. One thing I would say I like about them are that they use guitar solos, which hopefully are coming back in more mainstream music. If you want a good metalcore band though, listen to Trivium. They're the best metalcore I've heard.
