I've currently got my background as default (see above) but do you know how to just make the grey bits have a background there and not the rest?
So its the default white bit but the grey bits have a picture but not the rest.

Do you understand what i mean or have i totally confused you all?

Thanks in advance.

If you set the body background colour to white or whatever, it should only change those parts.
CODE
<style type="text/css">body{background-color: #0000FF;}</style>

If you don't put any codes concerning the tables and you change your background color, that would work. If you want an image on the gray part, use this code:

CODE
<style type="text/css">
body{
background-image:url("URL OF YOUR BACKGROUND HERE");}
</style>

Just remember to change the capital words into the url of the image you'd want your background to be.
