okay so here's that awkward stage we go through.
when we're crushing on someone! sometimes it gets the better of us and we want to spill our guts out!!!...but what if they don't feel the same? even worst... if they didn't like us at all to being with?!?!?! so for all of us who took the risk, who took a dive....how did it go? any stories to share or experiences? =] i'm sure we've all been rejected before |

Uh, no. I haven't been rejected. I'm still with my first boyfriend.. & it's our 5 month anniversary today =D
Well, I voted once or twice (there hasn't been anyone else) or something like that. |

I've never been rejected, usually I wait for a person to ask me. There have been times when I have considered going up to someone but I usually fall for people I'm good friends with, (or I become good friends with the people I'm falling for) and I find out in some way shape or form that the answer would have been a no. Either that they have a girlfriend, or that they are crushing on someone else, stuff like that. Any other time, and this is most of the time, if I have feelings for someone they happen to have feelings for me too. I guess I'm good at communicating my attraction to someone non verbally. But like I said I fall for people who are my friends, its a natural progression for me. So they are probably the same and way and it just works. Thats why I'm usually never enemies with my exes. :)

Once i let my friend talk me into letting her tell my crush she "thinks" i like him, & it totally blew! :O he said "Sorry, tell her i don't like her." I guess it was for the best, he's one of my closest friends now, & i know there's always a possibilty he could form feelings for me ;P

only once in my life have i put myself out there and told a guy i liked him...i planned it out but then i chickened out, i blurted it out the next week. it turned out he did like me a little back. little by little it has gotten more serious, so hooray
 don't worry about getting rejected. at least you're brave enough to put yourself out there while the rest of us wait and let oppurtunities pass. i chose the last option, instead of being rejected, i have to reject people  |

hmm a couple of times i've liked a certain guy and when i told him, he didn't react in any way at all. he wuold say something like "oh, kool" and never bring it up again. our friendship would be somewhat awkward from that point on...it sucks being rejected. =\

i've gotten rejected a few times. i think that if you don't ever get rejected, you can't understand love. so i just end up crying about it and then getting over it in like a couple of days. but you have to take a chance, and you could find your someone special. i know i did

I got rejected once. I asked to the Sadie hawkins dance and he didn't answer me directly. I find it incredibly funny that I worked up enough courage to tell him that I wanted to go with him because I liked him, but he didn't have enough to tell me no, according to him, he doesn't go to dances. . So he told my friends.

I have been rejected everytime in life. Never has it gone the way I wanted it to be
 Even with my crush now, it's so awkward and I hate the fact that we hardly see each another since we don't have classes. & even though he said we should just be best friends for now and see where our already close friendship leads us, I don't even feel like we're even friendly strangers. Sigh* I'm going to stop or I'm going to cry again. It sucks when we have had so many memories together when he knew that I liked him all along and because of this stupid semester, it has gotten worse. He's never there and never calls. What the hell >< |
