well... MOST of the world population is christian-- catholics, protestants, etc....

if u dont believe that jesus died and resurrected after 3 days and if u dont accept him into ure heart, then u dont go to heaven.. its ure choice to believe...

Do you have statistics for that claim? There are many other religions and while Christianity may the the one dominant religion, that doesn't mean that more than half of the world's population follows that faith.

actually-- i DO... i have it frm bible class [i go to a christian skool...] but i dont have it rite now. i'll have it maybe on monday when i get back to skool happy.gif

Scroll to the pie chart. It states that Christianity dominates the world by 33%. However, if you add up all the other religions: Hindus, Muslims, non-religions, atheists, Buddhists alone, you would get more than 33%.

In shorter words, other religions combined are the majority.

Ya know, just because you say you believe God doesn't mean you're going to heaven. I may not be a religious nut, but I know that much.

It really depends on which God you believe in though. The fire and brimstone kickass God from 2000 years ago that would smite your ass if you even squeeked a word about evolution, or our modernized conservative God that people softned up for today's oh-so-very tough world.

no...saying u believe in God doesnt get u to Heaven...BELIEVING in God gets ya to Heaven...and i wrote abt the evolution topic...i think evolution is possible HOW God created the Universe...n ill state this other part AGAIN...ITS OK TO DOUBT....He doesnt "smite your ass"...He wants u to ask questions...shows u r thinking deeply abt Him..usually...we dunt "soften Him up" He is a loving God...thats all their is to it...

well He said "Let there be..." and it took 7 days(6 days of work...1day of rest) but we dunno how long a day is to Him...n He could "command" creation by evolution...its not what i personally believe..only in some cases....but i was just pointing out that u can be Christian n believe in evoltion

hmmm... but in the bible, it said that he made man frm his own image.. and that he formed man frm the dust of the ground... and that when God breathed the breath of life in his nostrils, the man became a liviing being... so how can that agree with evolution?

well b/c the grond was created 1st in the Creation story...ppl came later (Adam n Eve)...same with the story of evolution..parts of evolution i htink r u just plainly messed up...but parts can still b correct

but im a masicist so im cool no matter what happens, death or eternal torment. or maybe my eternal hell will be sitting paralysed in a chair forced to watch the bible network. now that would suck.

Kind of a sad outlook for an afterlife, but hey, that's why you gotta live this one to your fullest!

u guys SERIOUSLY shouldnt be sarcastic about hell... its seriously a horrible place!!!! it might sound blah blah to u, but..... huh.gif noone would want to go there if they seriously knew wut it was like... pinch.gif i dunt think ud actually burn in hell... muchhh worse

That wasn't my point, though.
What I'm trying to say is that, it's pretty damn stupid to say that believing in God alone will get you into heaven.
There are a sh*t loads of people who do the sickest things imaginable there and they all believe in God. So are they all going to heaven?
It wasn't about the Jews. I was talking about other religions on general.
