This might be a little bit confusing..But I dont know how to like say it all.So yeah..Anyways. Last friday i went to a party with my friend samantha & my friend daniel..i had like 2 shots of captain morgan and i was already drunk..i have never drank before.Well like after 10 minutes or so Daniel & I went in his car...BTW he was not drunk. Well i only know that we were both naked in the backseat but I dont know what we did. I think we had sex but im not sure he wont really tell me hes only saying we didnt have sex. Well I talked to my friend Brian today and he was like yeah he took advantage of you and you could be pregnant and you might want to get checked for stds. Well I started my period on Sunday and he said that i could still be pregnant..Do you think I still could be and should get checked up or not?

Well,you can't be pregnant if you have your period. Atleast that's what I've always heard. ermm.gif

lmfao you can't get pregnant when you just had your period! lol your friend is stupid. But I feel sorry that you lost your virginity this way console.gif . But I do suggest you go to the doctor and check for STD's.

well, youre 16 and youre drinking. this is what happens when you drink at a young age. theres no way you can be preg if youve already started your period. and if that guy you had sex with has STDs..then you have stds.

if that was the first time youve had sex and lost your virginity to him, i dont feel sorry for you. it was your choice to get drunk, or to drink. and we learned in health class that if you just drink 1 shot of any liquor, thats considered ONE drink. for girls, that are 100-120 lbs, youre only suppose to have one drink per hour. or your risk of alcohol posioning increases.

Uhm. If you started your period on Sunday, and it happened on Friday, wouldn't that mean you were ovulating at the time? And yes, it is possible to get pregnant if you have sex during your period. You can start ovulating again, or the sperm can uhm.. stay in your body for some time, and your cycle may run short.. or..yeah, go get tested.

I defintely agree with applejuicex on this one, not to be mean but it is your choice you wanted to drink. And you gotta pay the consquences, it's these type of problems and choices that make the percentage go up higher for teenage pregnancy and drinking. Well, I would go to the doctor's to get checked on STD'S though.

That's very true.

But no one is perfect. I guess poor choices really do lead to significant problems. This is the hard way of learning a lesson. I hope she learned hers...

you cant be pregnanat and have your period; having your period means that your NOT PREGNANT; not having a baby; but u should check for stds

hmm...you should really think about getting checked up anyways. because you never really know for sure you know? i would DEFINATELY check for STD's or anything of that nature...but yeah..i agree with what someone said about you being 16 and getting pissed drunk...haha...i guess you should learn from this right? wink.gif

where the hell is this "you can't get pregnant when you have your period!" logic coming from? there's a possibility of getting pregnant by having sex period, it doesn't matter if you have your period or if you use a condom or even if you're on the pill. only abstinence is 100%.

if you lost your virginity you should have feel some kind of pain in you uterus. whether or not you were a virgin, there should have been some kind of residue if he raped you. if that happened to me, i' would have talked to the police. you mostly likely would have gotten the truth that way.


you should have done something about this last friday. you must have washed away all the evidence by now and you were drunk so it's only your word against his. unless he confesses, there's nothing you can do about this.


i don't mean to worry you but this is the truth. it boggles my mind how many people fail to realize that.

I think you misread the post. The original poster noted that she had sex, then later she had her period; the responders noted that if a woman has sex, then later has her period, she is likely not pregnant, as a pregnancy would prevent the period from occurring.

Yeah he's a jerk. You should get tested, and I think you have a REALLY low chance of being pregant if you are having your period. I'm sorry this happened to you - but I hope you have learned you lesson.

ive read in a magazine that you could still get your period when your pregnate, but theres a very slight change of that happening. you might wanna go get checked for STD's though.

you can still be pregnant even if you got your period after the sexual intercourse. the chances that you are pregnant are quite slim, but it is still possible to get your last period just after conception. if you dont get your period the next month. go see a doctor.
