Hi, I am new around here, and to be honest I have no clue what I am doing, how I get started, or anything like that
 . All I know is I have a great idea for a Xanga Skin and I was told that I can make them on this site. If I am wrong or if you are willing to help me PLEASE let me know! Thanks.

Hi, and welcome! You can't really make Xanga layouts on this site. We can help you greatly but you'll need image editing programs such as Photoshop to make your layout. If you need info, be sure to check out the Xanga FAQ, and tips on submitting a Xanga layout to find out what makes a decent one. I thought there was topic that explained how to make one, but I'll have to further serach for it. But I hope you enjoy it here. :)

Welcome to CB. I'm Sha. I'm sure once you get around CB, you'll get the hang of it. When I first started here, I didn't know exactly what to do, either. So once you get the hang of CB and how everything works, you'll be fine. There's plenty of real helpful tutorials here,too!
