who watched the High School Musical on Disney Channel ? they had some pretty catchy songs, some of my friends were singing/humming that " breaking free " song
and Gabriella [Vanessa Anne Hudgens] is heeeeeellllllllaaaaaaa good lookin .  edit : oh and i checked the disney site and it's re-running this wednesday, for those who missed it or want to see it again . edit 2/11/06 next re-run is the 13th, Monday . @ 8 like always |

yep. I saw it. The songs were good, dancing was nice, acting was okay. It was pretty well done, especially for one of their "disney original" movies. I enjoyed it alot.

i thought it was ok........but yeah, some parts were corny. especially when gabriella was singing in the hallway. u can really tell she's lipsyncing. what was kind of funny was when they were showing her the video of troy saying she meant nothing to him. she started crying...but she was smiling.
 ?! lol. but on a scale of 1-10, i would give it a 7, i guess.

I saw it, it was pretty good. I liked the song "What I've Been Looking For" the version with Ashley Tisdale. Zac Efron's pretty gorgeous, too. |

This movie was pretty good, but there were a few parts that were corny, like when Gabriella was in the roof garden with Troy and also when she was signing by herself upstairs. The songs were very sweet, though, and I liked the pianist. It was unique for a Disney movie. I think they worked on the singing/dancing more than they did on the acting though. =/

i fudgin' hate that movie.
everybody's nuts about it and says that they're soooooo good at singing and they're soooo cute. well, guess what? they aren't either. i go to a performing and fine arts school and trust me, i've heard better. and seen, as a matter of fact. the guy looks like he's wearing a wig, i swear. anywho. not the most positive thing to say about it, but well, it's my opinion. =D |

Everyone was saying it was good and I was like "Yeah, right." So, I ended up watching it the other night and I can say.... It was really good. Their voices really weren't good, but the movie was supercute.

i admit it. i hate it now.
it was so good the first time, but they played the music videos on disney SO FREAKING much, i wanted to shoot my tv. now its all just old stuff. |

I haven't seen and I don't plan to. Zac Efron went to my middle school so it'd be a little wierd to watch it... I stopped watching Summerland because of him.
