i don't care about popularity.
not everyone has to like me. i do have alot of people that are my friends, but only a few close ones. my grade at school doesnt really have "groups" of "popular" and "unpopular" anyway.. we're all just friends and we all hang out from time to time. And i think its better that way because no-one has to like put each other down about things like, being a nerd coz they're smart. |

being popular doesn't necesarilly mean you're cool...i know plenty of well known people that are COMPLETE donkeys...i don't think you need to be well known or be surounded by loads of people to be cool....and no i'm not saying that because i'm a lamer and i have no friends..haha just because i have lots of friends doesn't mean i love being popular....well, i'm not full throttle popular anyways...i just have lots of friends

personally, I think the "unpopular people" make the "popular people"
I mean..if they didn't label them as popular, they wouldn't be in the first place.. I think most "popular" people just crave too much attention |

this is the weird thing
i go to a really small school, and i used to be the weird one of my class. but now i'm one of the most popular ones. They're three of us, really. Me, Lc, and Kt. We're not the most popular girls in school, but we're getting pretty close, which i think is cool, cause i'm not exactly the skinniest person ever! yay for the not-so-skinny kids! it's really not that important to me, but i guess it's nice to have friends to fall back on. and i mean true friends, which are pretty hard to find. |

Popularity is so over rated. I could really care less. I go to a very small private school, so no one's exactly "popular". Well, the 10 cheerleaders that we have think they are. XD Considering that there are only 22 students in my grade (10th)... there arent many options for friends. So really, none of them are truly a good friend. Just someone to hang out w/ at school.

I think nothing is wrong with being a little bit popular, as long as you don't get mixed in with the wrong crowd. I dunno.. I guess for me popularity isn't just looks, but personality too. There are many people at my school who are popular just because they treat people the way they would like to be treated and I respected them for that.

Lots of people know me at my high school, mainly because of my brother, but I'm just the kind of girl you can really get along with. I see lots of girls become popular and lose sight of what really matters (true friendships and whatnot). The long and short of it is, popularity is just another excuse to be a bitch.
