I adore that show. haha, my mom & I are pratically fanatical about watching it each week =).

Daniel Vosovic's my favorite at this point... (some of his designs have been amazing, like the flower from the week before last)

I'm just sad that he's gay lol.

Santino's my least favorite...because he can be so arrogant (and did you see the Heidi's homeland lingerie? that's why i don't like his designs.)

QUOTE
Am I the only one who had no clue Daniel V is gay?

LOL!
yea, i was shocked too.

my mom told me that she read online that the only guy on the show this season that wasn't gay was Daniel Franco blink.gif

OMG, Katie, I know! I didn't expect him to get kicked off now, I expected him to stay on for at least another week. This was supposed to be Kara's week to go but she's managed to really pull her stuff together. I still say top three is Daniel, Chloe, and Santino.

Agreed. I personally think both Zulema and Kara should have gone 2 weeks ago but oh well. Nick was a good designer and this wasn't really his week. I also agree with your top three although Daniel's design wasn't too good this week.

Oh, my mom is obsessed with this show. She was nearly in tears when Andre got kicked off. She's like "Nooooooooo, not Andre, I love him!!!!" It was quite funny, actually. I like Daniel. I think. Is he the young one?

I'm pretty much addicted to this show. It's on at a very inconvenient time for me, but I manage to catch the reruns. I could watch that show for hours! Santino's awesome :)

See, I didn't think Daniel's design was that bad, except for that really effed up hem. I thought the corset-esque vest was kinda cool. The dress could've been designed better, but I didn't think it was too awful, certainly not awful enough to warrant Heidi saying that Daniel would be off if he didn't have immunity.

Forgive the "double post," but I just had to both bump this topic as well as give out this "exclusive."

As my fellow Project Runway viewers know, the finalists got to present their collections at Fashion Week, which just ended last week. And there are pictures of the collections on the website of New York Magazine. I looked at them earlier and I must say, I'm impressed with all of the collections, especially Kara's and Santino's. Kara's was definitely funkier than I ever thought she could design and Santino's is a lot more understated (except for one leather corset monstrosity with puffy sleeves) than I thought he could design.

Anyway, without further ado, the link to the collections: http://www.newyorkmetro.com/fashion/fashio...unwaydesigners/

Edit: Oh yeah, also, based on the collections, I think Daniel V won. His designs were way more Banana Republic than the other ones.

Did anyone else notice this:

I'm happy for Chloe. I'm a huge Daniel V fan, but all three designers and collections were wonderful.

Oh wow.....I can't believe this season is over. I'm sad now, Next season is just too far away, and that Top Chef show won't help me either. It gets me stressed watching them cook.

Ah, so yes I'm happy for Chloe. I think she will go far. However, I loved Santino's line. I didn't think it was safe at all, I thought it was beautiful, sophisticated and just lovely. I'm glad he didn't win, but omg I loved his line. Daniel V. we just all love Daniel. I want him in my closet. His line was really cute, i think he did an awesome job, I really wish he would of won though. I mean, He probably didn't deserve to win, but I would of loved it if he did.
Chloe's line was really pretty actually, it grew on me.
However, I loved Santino's line.

It's over now :( So sad.

Updates on PR season 3

Airs: July 12th @ 10pm. Tune in 9pm and there's also an extra episode about the casting and stuff.

QUOTE
NEW YORK - June 19, 2006 - Bravo will launch the third season of the Emmy-nominated reality series "Project Runway" on Wednesday, July 12 at 10:00 p.m. ET/PT with a new cast of fifteen talented fashion designers. Selected from thousands of hopefuls, the designers will compete for the once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to show in the world-renowned Bryant Park tents during New York's Fashion Week. "Project Runway" will provide the opportunity for these budding designers to break into the notoriously exclusive fashion business. The wildly successful competition reality series has proven to be one of television's most talked-about shows and produced some of TV's most memorable personalities and unforgettable moments.

The success of "Project Runway" is underscored by the performance of the program's second season finale this past March. The highly-anticipated episode was seen by an audience of over 3.4 million making it the most viewed single telecast in the 20-year history of the network.

The "Project Runway" season three designers are:

Bradley Baumkirchner, 32, Los Angeles, CA
Robert Best, 36, West Hollywood, CA
Laura Bennett, 42, New York, NY
Malan Breton, 32, Long Island City, NY
Bonnie Dominguez, 31, San Diego, CA
Stacey Estrella, 40, San Francisco, CA
Katherine Gerdes, 25, Minneapolis, MN

Season 2 is cool!:D love this show!i like Daniel V's design:) but i think Santino is too too creative, that made his designs too messy......!also there were problems on his attitude, that made other designers"wtf!?" really looking forward to the season 3!:)
