Sorry if this is in the wrong topic...I'm new still...

I have 2 questions:

1. how do you center a header?

all i know is
so its on the left...and
so its on the right...

2. I want to get a picture in the middle of my page...its an animation...I personalized this layout:
>>>HERE<<< where the little girl is...is all black...I want to put animation there...I know its a still picture and I tried to put it into frames and use it that way but it wouldn't go the right speed...help?

Centering a header is best done like this:

Alternatively, you can place this in your stylesheet:

DIV.sidehead {
   text-align:center;
}
