dont you love having NOTHING to do on a certain day? you can stay up as late as you want, sleep in, wake up to no chores calls work or obligations and all to a somewhat chilli but sunny day in texas *-* *wonders off*

anyway, i'm not just talking about school or your work days.
when do you get a REAL break from family friends school/work life and etc
AND, what do you do when ya do get this very rare occurrancy?

me...i actually pry my butt from being on the computer TOO long and migrate to the couch to watch movies that i've already seen 4 or 5 times while sipping a glass of wine and eatting something good and hot! or take a walk in the park with my dogs oh yeah...and as many cigarette breaks as i want.

When I had days like that in California, I'd go to Laguna and walk on the beach, cruise the galleries, get ice cream and watch the sunset. In Arizona, I'd hike all over the place and go looking for caves, hot springs, indian ruins, backpack and organize drum circles. Now that I line in Pennsylvania, I dream of the places I used to live. cry.gif

Hey, what's wrong with Pennsylvania? _smile.gif There's a lot of good hiking places in PA. Not so many beaches, but there is hiking!

I. Love. Those. Days.

I wake up earlier than I usually do when I know I'm going to have one of those days where I have to do absolutely nothing. So...probably around eight or nine, I'll turn on the computer and write for maybe two hours. Then, I'll take a break, go make myself breakfast, and eat it while watching some TV. Then, I'm on the computer some more writing and posting on forums and stuff like that, until I get bored. Then maybe my sister and I will walk to Starbuck's and get GREEN TEA FRAPPUCCINO'S. BEST DRINK EVAR.
And then when I get home, I'll write some more, talk with some friends, and....eat. I like to eat.

Those days are the best. Usually I just sit around doing this, or I go outside and inhale the magic of life. *dreams* Now I want to take a walk. XD

I dont let myself have those days. I love to be with friends.

I find days like that to be utterly depressing and sad. I hate them.

I love those days. Being a lazyass is so much fun. Lying on the couch, watching old movies and just being relaxed...it's wonderful. An amazing break from all the other crap that may happen.

The most recent one was yesterday. It was very much needed. I just sat on my sofa and wondered what my dad was doing and how things were being prepared for my cousin's wedding. Since March break is coming up I'll hopefully get another one of those days.

Take time to cook a really good meal, eat it. Watch TV, get on the computer. Manage my money. And clean.
I'm usually pretty boring when alone.

I wish I could have a day like that, but unfortunately I have never experienced that before. Strict parents=chores and work.

I'm not saying there's anything wrong with PA. Bouncing between Sedona, AZ and the floor of the Grand Canyon for 3 years was something that PA just can't come close to approximating. If you've been there (to northern AZ), I'm sure you can appreciate my opinion.
