Help: hide top 8 and have a scrollbar for comments Options

is there a way to merge these scripts together

This one put the friends list and comments into a table with a scrollbar

This one hides the top 8 and only leave a link to all friends

so that i could have it show none of my top 8 only a link to all my friends and then have all the comments inside a scrollbar
