Supports completely raw html coding for EVERYTHING AND supports Frames and iframes?
Freewebs has the raw html feature, but it doesnt support frames so i isnt what i want. |

it supports iframes, but they are saying not frames. iframes and frames are diff. lol

I've used freewebs before and it does support just frames. but i don't know why you would want to use them because they leave that 3px grey line and it distorts the look of the site beacuse of it.
