Have you tried talking to your friend about it? She might just be worried that you'll forget about her. Just assure her that you still want to hang out with her, too, and then make sure to follow through on those reassurances. And if you're over hanging out with your boyfriend, don't feel like you can't talk to her at all if she happens to be around.

The best policy is just to talk to her about it. Tell her how you feel, and reassure her.

Sounds like your friend is worried about losing you to her brother, and might be uncomfortable with the situation. Let her know that you're going to keep your priorities straight and she will not be kicked out of your life. Let her be involved sometimes when you and her brother are hanging out but also let her know that he is in fact your boyfriend and you do need some alone time.

maybe she's afraid that her brother is going to replace her. and that you're going to replace her with her brother. does that make sense? i think she's scared that you're going to stop hanging out with her to hang out with him and she's going to feel alone and what not. just assure her that she's your best friend and that no guy would ever take her place. give her some assurance. and just tell her you would want to spend a little time alone with your bf. promise her a day for you two to spend time together, like just you and your best friend. that's all i would do...lols wink.gif oh and the three of you spending time together isnt that bad either...maybe you guys can even double date tongue.gif
