i edited a picture of pudding, one of the mews.
she's quiet cute, if i do say so myself.

i use photoshop elements 2.0, & i used an effect called colored center,
which only colors the center.

u might want to do a despeckle filter (in the noise section) so it looks not so fuzzy...

The black brushes on the top-right corner were kind of distracting... you could have either made the original pic blend in more with the brushes, or lighten the colour of the brushes a bit. Otherwise, it's good.

that's really cute, but like winnie said, the black brushes you used are a tad distracting. maybe you should've lowered the opacity of it.
