 Click here ==> how to make the buch color at the right side ? i got some bruches but i can't change it color . Can i change a brushes color ? and how to make the sparkling things in the girl hair by the brush tool ?

Make a new layer, set the blendind mode to color and just select a color of the brush you want and just make very long strokes on the image. Once you've got all the colors you want. Go to Filter >> Motion Blur and set the radius to what you like. Then merge the layers together. ^That's for Photoshop. |

Those "sparkly" things aren't really brushes, they're a texture. They're called light textures.
Actually, it looks like whoever made that used a lot of textures. No brushes. |

actually, there are a couple of hybrid genesis brushes on that pic.
id recognize them anywhere. it looks like they were set to dodge a couple of times. |
