Its not what im looking for, thanks though.
I want the text to take the colors of the background colors. That was clear text. |

Hmm, it looks like a stroke with no filling. Just go to edit stroke for the text, and stroke the text with about 2px. Then go to the layers panel, and then change the filling to 0%. ^That's for Photoshop. |

Text layer -> Blend mode to overlay/soft light.
Or you can create the text as a floating selection (Can you do that in PS?) and stroke it. |
