Is it possible? I need to lose weight for Crew and I want to know what is a good way to do it. Just to let you know, I do work out everyday (except sunday) after school doing running or something cardiovascular for long periods of time. Typically for practice, I run for around 30 minutes and we always do a ten minute warm-up run. If we do any less than 30, it's usually timed so I would like to say I get a decent amount of cardio in considering I do it everyday. I am 5'4 and I weight about 125 pounds and I've been at this weight a while. I was the same weight even since I began practice and for some reason I won't go down. Is there anyway way I can lose muscle (I'm not that "diesel", but there I would say I still have a somewhat decent amount) because it has been about two and a half months of me eating good foods and working out and my weight just stays the same.

i dont think that you can 'lose muscle' if thats what youu mean.
but if you're trying to lose weight, eat healthy. try to avoid fatty foods especially, and keep track of what you're eating. eat the same amount everyday.

eat before you exercise, so you can drop those calories.
if you eat after you worked out, wouldnt that mean that there was no point at all for doin this? ermm.gif

^^hey, but thats just what my mom did..
so iono.. really..

Stop working out. Your muscle will gets smaller. Work less.

OR

You can overwork your muscle and get them burn ... but you can stun your growth easily.
