So I have pretty much the worst computer ever. I probably have 100s of viruses but anyways.
I started to make my first vector, but i made it too orange. So after 5 hours i restarted and made this one. Unfortunetly when i was saving it my computer crashed and it i didn't save so i was pretty mad. I did a print screen

Check it outt and plz criticize and drop me some feedback :) thanks

Please allow me to critisize
-the hands blend in w/ the face...
-The shirt is prettygood it has nice shading.
-The hair is pretty good but it could use some strands
-The eyes are kind of freaky and undetailed.
-it hardly looks like the nose is there except for a bit of shading
-The lips need texture- you know what I mean? this tutorial should help you: http://www.deviantart.com/view/22403733/
-The eyeborws are kind of a blob....
I know I sound like a critic to the extreme....so if you don't want to listen it's fine.
Btw you are very pretty _smile.gif

First?
I think that is VERY well done for a first.
I actually suggest not using tutorials or trying to make yours like others, it's your creativiy on what you want it to look like.
I would suggest adding more layers everytime you do one, though.

I agree you are quite pretty, -jealous-.

lol vectoring is hard, isnt it? yours is pretty impressive for a first. like your shapes are very good, all you need is more layers. that way you can define some of the features that were mentioned ealier. so juss keep doing what your doing, except with more detail, know what i mean? because you have the basics down, all you need is more shadows. also try to keep your shapes smooth, use the pen tool if you dont already.

vectoring is all a learning experience, there are many tutorials out there, try a few then from there make your own style with the techniques you like the most =) i think youll be really good at it if you keep practicing
