Sleep Cycle Alarm
You wear a wireless wristman which transmits which part of the sleep cycle you're in, and the alarm goes off based on when you're out of deep sleep. This has to be the most ingenious yet.... $245 US dollars is a tad bit painful though, considering the survival rate of my alarm clocks is.... zero. Dramatization:
