NATIONALITY NOT ETHNICITY BLAHHHH

Nationality is the country in which you hold citizenship and/or originate from. The country. You live there. Most of you have the nationality of AMERICAN.

Your ETHNICITY is your race. You cannot be mixed nationalities, so stop talking about mixing! You have one nationality.

What about dual citizenships, wouldn't that count as "mixing?"

Thank you for reading, as the people under your post seem to have not.

nationality:
The status of belonging to a particular nation by origin, birth, or naturalization.

citizenship:
The status of a citizen with its attendant duties, rights, and privileges.

Where were you born?
Where do you live/have lived for an extended period time, if not born there?
THAT'S your nationality.

Wanna be helped to remember this?
Er, nationality? Nation? Country? Yes?

Ok, please remember this everybody!

Being Liberian-American is cool, but I think it would also be nice to be West Indian. Everyone thinks my mom is anyways.

Ethnicities...
Japanese, Chinese, French, Italian, German, British..

Japanese. I've always wanted to go to Japan.. I'll probably go there someday. I've always dreamed of moving there in the future when I'm old haha and spend my retirement funds while living there shifty.gif

Or maybe South Korea... <33 AnyCall phones! I can watch KDramas all day long and meet Korean singers/actors. shifty.gif

Yep, nationality isn't ethnicity. :]

[Yes, after watching Memoirs of a Geisha, I've had a lot of influences from that movie.]
