Okay, since there's a topic in the Boy's Locker with advice about going out, I thought I'd make one for you girls. I didn't see one, so if there is already a topic like this, sorry! It'd be cool if this was pinned too. :)

Well, a guy's mind is just as complicated as a girl's mind. There are all these things we take in differently than girls, and sometimes the way we take something in can ruin or help a relationship.

Most guys don't like pushy girls. We don't like it when our girlfriend comes in and ruins a day out with the guys, or calls 24/7 just for the sake of it. I mean, it's okay to call daily in some cases, but don't take up all our time!
Some guys are cudly, and some guys aren't. If your guy likes to cudle, and you want to, that's great! But if your guy doesn't want to cudle, don't force him to. Maybe an arm around a shoulder is all you need to feel close.
Don't be a bitch to his friends! If you're acting mean towars his friends, the relationship will most likley hit the rocks. Treat his friends with respect, and don't give them any BS.
Keep the cute & cudley stuff out of his 'space'. Every guy has is own 'space' that he likes to hang out in alone and such. If there's no cute & cudley item in there, keep it that way. And just the opposite too! If your guy is really into the cute & cudley stuff, don't take it away from him.
Offer to pay for some dates! Don't let your guy pay for every date! Ask him if you could pay for your part sometimes. But if he refuses your offer, that's great!
Don't let him force you into anything you don't want to do. If you're uncomfortable with something about him, or with something he's doing, tell him. If he's really the right guy, he'd respect you and your choices. Always get help whenever a guy forces you to do something.
Be Safe. Now, this goes from going out in public on a first date, to wearing a condom when you guys have intercourse. You should feel safe with your guy, and if you don't, do something about it. :)
Gets the parents to trust him! A lot of girls have over-protective parents. To get over the obstacle of letting you out with him, get your boyfriend to spend some time with them. Or try to get your boyfriend to help you with something really important to your parents. Before ya know it, they'll probably let you out with him!

That's my advice for dating. Just like the girl posted one in our locker room, I'll update this from time to time. :)

This advice is geared to 15+.

i disagree, having girls pay for dates makes me look stupid.. and i like it when the girls want more stuff, instead of being shy.

That's good advice. =] It's alright to be reminded sometimes. Don't gotta be so sarcastic about it.
