I like it it's cute. The baby blue font is kinda hard to read though.

I don't know much about coding, but asthetically - well, my eyes hurt. You've got some great stuff going on, but my eyes don't know where to stop. You have images scrolling to the right and underneath, images scrolling to the left (for example). The slices above "Comment Me" are super narrow, a bit too narrow for my taste. Other than that, looks great. You have a nice background and you kept the colors simple.

I'm not to crazy about it. The first thing I notice is that comment box doesnt match the rest of the layout (I'm a sucker for color coordination.) Second, marquees are a bit much. Maybe one would have been ok but two of them makes it look kind of busy. Oh and lastly, it would be nice if the link me buttons were all the same size.
