Right, i've pretty much searched this site and couldn't find a specific answer so thought i'd best start a new topic on it.

Basically i've got my div overlay set up, and the normal code i've been using is:

Now when i click preview, and myspace previews the page, the links work.

once i click submit and i load the actual page the links are gone. They just arn't clickable anymore?

When i load up the javascript console in firefox i'm getting a shed load of errors

Error: Expected ',' or '{' but found 'html'. Ruleset ignored due to bad selector.
Source File: http://profile.myspace.com/Modules/Common/CSS/profile.css
Line: 21

Error: Unknown property 'WORD-WRAP'. Declaration dropped.
Source File: http://profile.myspace.com/index.cfm?fusea...iendID=50054898
Line: 0

Error: Error in parsing value for property 'text-decoration'. Declaration dropped.
Source File: http://x.myspace.com/js/myspace.css
Line: 389

I mean has anyone got any ideas at all what might be able to help me?

thanks

Here's a smal part of my code.

I've removed the </td> after the </a> but still no joy.

This is what i have in "about me"

if that would make any difference?

thanks

What is the link to your myspace, or the myspace that you are using those codes on?

I could easily see what the problem is.

the only reason that I could think why it wouldn't work, would be becuase you had a differnat x-index then the rest of your profile. But I saw that you had it all the same thing, and that you used slices. but that's all. I'm not sure of the problem, I was on your test site going through all the possibilities but all of the things that I have checked work.

Yeah to be honest it's got me pretty stumped.

Generally i can work through the problems and find them. But i have absolutly no idea why it works when you click preview, but when clicking submit it takes all the links away as if you view the source of the ACTUAL page, it shows just the images and not with links.

It's really wierd.

Just to let you know i tried it on my ACTUAL page and it worked blink.gif

And i have absolutly no idea why it wouldn't work on the test one!
