I agree with those that said to hint to her about it. But if he keeps bringing it up to you, tell him to grow up and stop telling you about it: he needs to tell her or stop altogether before he causes any more damage.

I would tell her. If she finds out that you knew and you didn't tell her, she'd be hurt. Then again, she might believe you if she's so happy with him. She'd reject it because she doesn't want to think that he would do something like that to her.

There is no "hinting" or being "annoymous" be straight up with it, this is your family, your blood. and shes always gonna be your cousin no matter what, he is not neccessiarily gonna be there later on. She deserves to know.

refuse to talk to either of them about it anymore. if he starts off on it, say that you don't want to be a part of this. if she suspects and asks you, tell her you don't want to be between anything and that they'd best take it up themselves.
