dangly ones..currently wearing dangly snowmen ones...i look weird w/ studs..and the last time i tried on hoops i looked weird too...but i was just thinking about buying a pair of hoops to see if i look better w/ them now =]

Hoops are often associated with socially challenged individuals in UK, it's a fact. But I like them for the urban feel, though studs are useful for sport.

for sure! studs are just too... i don't know. perhaps they just don't look good on me & it's a bit too subtle for my taste.  well, i won't be wearing like gigantic hoops, but i don't know. if i got my ears pierced, i might as well flaunt it a bit more!

i have to say both
cuz i wear all of those tacky bright colored 80s hoops and then i wear studs also i got 2 holes on each ear lobe and then one on my cartlidge on the first hole i have 3 safety pins and then usually like 3 pairs of dangly earrings (yes all in the same hole) on my second holes on one ear i have a stud and on the other i have a rainbow barbell and then a stud on my cartlidge people get grossed out when they see that i have 6 pairs of earrings in one hole but hey i can fit more |

My ears aren't pierced anymore, but when they were (before the holes closed up :P), I wore studs.
IDk if my opinion counts, but I'd still prefer studs over hoops any day. I don't particularly like hoops, since they make people look idk.. too trendy--especially, when they're huge hoops. Little ones are kind of cute, depending on how they look. Oh yea, and silver hoops really look bad, IMO. I see so many people wearing hoops nowadays... As for studs, they look VERY classy. They're classic, and I like how it has a diamond or some sort of precious gem. :] It's small and subtle, but makes a big statement. Studs <333 |

It depends on how you look in them.. Personally I like hoops or rli big earrings because my hair is always covering up half of my face, so stud earrings are basically invisible, covered by hair. There's no point in wearing earrings when they're not visible, right? So hoops all the way.

Depends on the occasion.
If I'm going out to a party or some big event I'll wear hoops (If they arn't lost), but at school and stuff I wear studs. I always seem to lose my earrings though. |

Studs for me. I like simple jewelery. Plus I'm paranoid that if I wear hoops/dangly earrings I'll get my ears ripped off somehow. =/
